1. Payment *

I understand that lessons must be paid in full prior to the first lesson and that payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation *

I understand that I must provide at least 24 hours' notice before cancelling a lesson in order to reschedule.

3. Make-Ups *

I understand that make-up lessons will be scheduled only if time allows, and no make-up lesson will be provided for "no-shows" or "late cancellations."

I understand that if the student is late, the lesson will not be extended.

I understand that if Megan is late, she will extend the lesson to make up the full 30-60 minutes.

I understand that if Megan needs to reschedule, a make-up lesson will be scheduled as close to the same week as possible.

4. Schedule *

I understand that lessons are scheduled weekly at the same time and day unless otherwise arranged in writing.

I understand that if a lesson falls on a holiday, it will either be rescheduled or resumed the following week.

5. Sitting In *

I understand that parents/guardians are only permitted to sit in for the first lesson and are not allowed to sit in for subsequent lessons unless invited.

6. Communication *

I understand that the best way to contact Megan is through text and email.
